We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to greet families and spread Christmas cheer, ensuring every visitor feels valued and special.

You will also have the opportunity to help capture magical Santa photos, process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail, and work closely with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and maintain a cool head in fast-paced environments
• Great with people (and pets) of all ages, including those with disabilities
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
