Central Coast Worksite Traffic Manager

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and efficiency of work zones. This exciting opportunity is available for Traffic Controllers to work on various sites across the Central Coast region.
This position involves directing traffic and controlling access to work zones while ensuring a safe working environment for workers and the public. Effective communication with site personnel and emergency services is essential as required. In addition, you will respond to emergencies and take necessary actions to ensure safety. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be valuable assets in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Directing traffic and controlling access to work zones
- Maintaining a safe working environment for workers and the public
- Communicating effectively with site personnel and emergency services as required
- Responding to emergencies and taking necessary actions to ensure safety
- Working independently and as part of a team
- A White Card (Construction Induction Training card)
- A valid driver's license
- A current Traffic Control Licence
- A good understanding of traffic management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
