About the Role

We are partnering with a national civil engineering consultancy to engage a Senior Civil Engineer. Our client is a leading provider of civil and structural engineering services, committed to delivering high-quality solutions through collaboration and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil and infrastructure projects, including road design, building works, and stormwater drainage.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide Engineers to meet project schedules and deadlines, while providing technical leadership in design and modeling.
  • Manage and forecast project budgets, proposals, and successful delivery.
  • Contribute to bid development, client growth, and business development.
  • Perform quality assurance on final project work and correct any deficiencies.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and 7+ years' experience in the industry, specifically in the successful delivery of land development, transport, or building projects.
  • Excellent communication and technical abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to provide training and serve as a mentor within the team.
