Operations Associate

The Operations Associate role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by performing various operations functions within the store. This early morning position requires collaboration with a team to complete tasks before store opening.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers by moving around the store efficiently and being available to assist customers as needed.
  2. Pricing and Signage: Efficiently change ticket prices and signage across the store.
  3. Replenishment and Restocking: Understand customer needs and assist in pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
  4. Receiving Merchandise: Collaborate with colleagues to unload trucks and organize the backroom.
  5. Backroom Standards: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized stockroom environment.
  6. Omnichannel Support: Contribute to initiatives such as Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, and online order processing.
  7. Merchandise Strategy: Execute merchandise placement plans accurately to enhance the customer experience.
  8. Learning Environment: Continuously absorb new information related to merchandise, safety, productivity, and business processes.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

  1. Results: Effectively solve problems, make decisions, and drive sales and customer service.
  2. Ownership: Provide excellent customer service, build positive relationships, and take accountability.
  3. Intensity: Proactively improve the customer experience and act with energy and urgency.
  4. Work Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience is preferred.
