About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of store and sales service experience to customers
  • Assist with various warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries
  • Provide expert advice to trade customers and builders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • A commitment to safety at the workplace
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A passion for design, styling, and fashion
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
  • Administrative skills and technologically savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interior Design, Architecture, or related qualifications are highly desirable
  • Forklift license is highly desirable
