Cybersecurity Governance Specialist

This high-impact role will see you lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive security governance framework across all sites and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with defence security frameworks
  • Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs
  • Conduct risk assessments and assurance activities
  • Establish relationships with security agencies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in security governance

About You:

  • You have tertiary qualifications in security management or a related field
  • You have demonstrated experience in policy investigations, risk assessment, and/or DISP-related security roles
  • You possess strong knowledge of compliance, assurance, and governance frameworks
  • You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • You have the ability to identify, assess, and manage security risks and threats

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid National Police Clearance
  • Hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance (NV1)
