About the Role

Linfox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Storeworker to join our team in Bullsbrook, WA. As a Storeworker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Participate in and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Inventory Management: Carry out picking, receipting, inventory, and stock control of a range of products, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Packing and Dispatch: Pack and dispatch products to customer demands, meeting contractual time frames and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Data Entry and Management: Manage and maintain the data entry of all work carried out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management systems.
  • Stock Discrepancies and Investigations: Assist with stock discrepancies and investigations as required, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Issue counter demands and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Commitment to Safety: Committed to safe working practices and adhering to Safety Standards and COR requirements.
  • Inventory Management Experience: Experience with inventory management systems and a strong understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Communication Skills: Sound verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A self-starter who displays flexibility with approach to tasks and is able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Organizational Skills: Organisational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
