Job Title: Domestic Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at Conexson. As a Domestic Support Assistant, you will provide domestic support to our Disability or Aged Care Program clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live in their own homes within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic support to clients, including cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Work with clients using a wellness approach to provide support in tasks such as cleaning and household management
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Experience in providing general cleaning services within a home or community setting
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift correctly to complete duties safely

  • Basic skills using a smart device
  • Driving license and reliable vehicle for work purposes
