About the Role:

  • This is a customer-facing role, covering the end-to-end process from booking enquiries to returned vehicles.
  • This role involves communication with customers and staff.

  • Email communication style and phone manner must be excellent.
  • A proactive approach to booking and fleet utilisation is essential.
  • You will work towards team goals and maintain 100% outstanding customer service.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Clear communication is key, along with a willingness to learn and ask for help.
  • Reliability and dependability are crucial, especially during busy weekends.
