Senior Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Qualified Baker to join our bakery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality baked goods while maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fast-paced bakery environments and a proven track record of producing high-quality products. You will take pride in contributing to a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging.

• Producing High-Quality Baked Goods: You will be responsible for producing a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, to meet customer demands.
• Maintaining High Standards: You will maintain high standards of safety and hygiene, ensuring that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with company guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: You will work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive Baking Experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
• Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge: We take safety and hygiene seriously, and your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

• $65,000 - $80,000 per annum: Based on your skills and experience, you will receive a salary that reflects your value to the business.
