Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead our project delivery initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Negotiate critical project matters with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
- Develop and implement effective project resource plans to optimize production and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including financial performance, progress, technical, and commercial updates.
- Carry out root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for error rectification.
- A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the construction industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to forecast and manage project budgets effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of construction drawings and ability to interpret complex designs.
- Familiarity with Australian Standards and key construction techniques.
