We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Perth-metro. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or in aged care facilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic support
  • Administer medication and perform other tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Experience in aged care or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Police check and Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
