We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team in Mackay. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused professional to gain exposure to multiple contracts and business divisions across Mastermyne.

Job Description

The Senior Operations Coordinator will provide financial support to our project teams across QLD and NSW, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable, debtor management, payroll functions, accommodation bookings, invoicing, and site timesheets. You will work closely with our finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Finance administration experience; preferably with prior site-based administration experience;
  • Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent numerical and written communication skills;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results;
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & accounting software skills;
  • Valid Driver's Licence;
