State Liaison Officer

Cocoon SDA Care is a registered provider of NDIS accredited Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) across Australia, with a mission to create exceptional experiences for Participants by understanding their aspirations and goals. We are seeking an exceptional leader as a State Liaison Officer to oversee operational teams, establish stakeholder engagement, and ensure services reflect Participant needs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Ensure services align with Cocoon SDA Care's Vision, Strategic Priorities, and Participant needs.
- Influential Leadership: Provide direction and support to Service Managers, Team Leaders, and Support Staff.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain key relationships to enhance Participant experience and brand awareness.
- Budget Management: Oversee state budgets and report to the National Liaison Officer.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Disability Services or higher.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Industry Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of NDIS and NDIA framework.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
