At our store, we're seeking a skilled Nightfill Team Lead to oversee the night-fill team in delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team in meeting deadlines, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and maintaining top-notch store presentation.

  1. Flexible with evening working hours, including nights and weekends as required
  2. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills, either direct or indirect, with a proven track record of success
  4. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

About You and Your Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • To drive visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management excellence across the store
