Job Title: Cybersecurity Risk ManagerJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our classified systems and providing expert guidance on information assurance best practices.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement security protocols, and conduct regular security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security risk management strategies to protect classified systems and sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on information assurance best practices and develop training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging threats to ensure effective risk management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, system administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of NIST 800-53 and RMF accreditations, DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), and STIG Viewer.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
