About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Child Psychologist to join our team at Growt. As a Child Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to children and their families in regional Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapeutic Services: Provide psychological therapy for children, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, ADHD, and autism assessments.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, adolescents, and parents, ensuring a professional, ethical, and person-centered service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a supportive team of psychologists, social workers, and counselors to provide comprehensive services.
  • Professional Development: Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Be fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • Experience: Have experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
