**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders through regular communication and issue resolution.
  2. Ensure all paperwork and legal documentation related to property management is accurate and up-to-date, including rental agreements, bond lodgements, and entry and exit reports.
  3. Coordinate routine inspections as required to ensure properties are well-maintained and in good condition.
  4. Maintain an up-to-date record of rental arrears and work with the Building Manager to eliminate and resolve any issues.
  5. Address rental arrears, maintenance issues, and other property needs efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**

  1. A minimum of 1 year's experience in property management;
  2. Chinese speaking is an advantage;
  3. Registered Real Estate Salesperson or hold a current Real Estate Agent License;
  4. Previous experience using PropertyMe Management Software is preferable;
  5. Strong stakeholder and relationship development skills;
  6. Excellent time management and communication skills;
  7. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
