Job Description

Viasat is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Network Operations Delivery Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of the AU GSN Engineering team, you will be responsible for handling the performance of specific Viasat Partners that have a major contribution to the operation and support of the Viasat ground system for the APAC satellite network.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer and partner relationship skills, with experience acting as a point of contact for key relationships. They will also have a good understanding of telecommunications network architectures and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the operations lead for key external partners for networks in Australia:
  • Review contracted performance data from Viasat Partners and from Viasat reporting systems.
  • Analyse and assess performance of Viasat Partners and represent Viasat's assessment of Viasat Partner performance at governance and stakeholder reviews.
  • Provide regular and timely updates to Viasat team members during major incidents where Viasat Partners are involved.
