Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our construction litigation practice in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, with a minimum of two to seven years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery.

The successful candidate will also have experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of nearly 80 construction law attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across various construction law areas.
