Our team is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support to our project teams. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and technical support to the project team, including coordinating tasks, managing files, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Supports audit readiness by reviewing files according to the schedule detailed in our SOP and department guidance document.

• Provides administrative support for site activation activities, including developing and reviewing site lists, conducting feasibility assessments, and providing local input into the site tiering process.

">

• Represents CRG personnel during onboarding and training phases.

">

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or health sciences).

">

• Proven experience in clinical trial coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry setting.

">

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

">

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

">

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and other clinical trial software.
