Director of Nursing Position in Rural Queensland

We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our team at an aged care facility in rural Queensland. This is a key leadership opportunity to drive high-quality, person-centered care and make a meaningful impact in rural and remote healthcare.

Job Description

The Director of Nursing will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our residents. This involves overseeing clinical governance, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our residents and the community.

As a leader, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience in nursing leadership or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
