We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our campus operations. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our team and ensuring that our centre provides exceptional care and education to our children.

About the Role
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the campus, including staff supervision, student management, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of education and care provided at the centre.
  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated team of Educators and Assistant Directors to achieve common goals.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in centre decision-making processes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Significant experience in leadership or management roles within the early childhood sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and the broader community.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practice in early childhood education.
