Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to support participants in achieving their goals.
- Build strong relationships with participants and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to participant care.
- Work in a variety of settings, including participants' homes, day centers, and community locations.
- Manage a balanced caseload, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion of objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioural Analysis, or BCBA accreditation.

- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
