YOUR NEW ROLE

In this essential position, you will support the HEAD senior personal injury attorney, relishing the diversity and fulfillment that comes from advocating for clients who have suffered serious injuries related to:

  • Workers Compensation/Work Injury Claims;
  • Public Liability;
  • Institutional/Child Abuse Claims.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients, other attorneys, insurers, and medical professionals, conducting legal research, reviewing medical records, scheduling appointments, drafting legal documents, briefing counsel, and managing administrative tasks.

WHO YOU ARE

We are eager to hear from candidates who:

  • Are either: 1) an experienced legal secretary/paralegal or 2) a law student not expected to qualify for at least two years;
  • Can commit to a full-time position;
  • Possess a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law;
  • Have experience in workers compensation/work injury claims (essential) and preferably other personal injury areas such as public liability or abuse law;
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Are highly organized and able to meet deadlines;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment;
  • Are eager to advance your personal injury legal career long-term with a firm committed to your success.
