Carpentry Trainer and Assessor Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a strong background in training and assessment to join our team as a Carpentry Trainer and Assessor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to students enrolled in our Carpentry program.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver comprehensive training and assessments to students in accordance with industry standards and regulations;
  • To develop and implement effective training programs that cater to diverse learning needs;
  • To assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement;
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and training outcomes;

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in Carpentry (e.g., CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry);
  • Current industry currency relevant to the Carpentry trade;
  • Experience in training and assessing students in Carpentry or a related field;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
