About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Network and Telecommunications Engineer to join our Digital Team, responsible for maintaining secure, high-performance networks, telephony, and applications while driving upgrade projects across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver rapid incident resolution and high-level technical support for complex network, telephony, and enterprise application environments operating 24/7.
  • Implement robust maintenance protocols, including regular backups, patching, upgrades, and daily health assessments, to uphold system stability and data integrity.
  • Architect and deploy scalable, secure network infrastructures that align with evolving business needs and enhance overall system resilience.
  • Oversee the administration and optimization of core network systems, using proactive troubleshooting and system evaluations to minimize downtime and improve performance.
Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies (CUCM, UCCX, CUBE) and telephony integration platforms (cloud-based telephony platforms, MS Teams).
  • Proficient in configuring and managing network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and site-to-site VPN setups.
  • Thorough understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), IP addressing, and subnetting strategies.
  • Skilled in system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performing critical health checks under high-pressure environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL/T-SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, DHCP, and DNS administration.
