Looking for a leader to spearhead our client delivery initiatives?

We are seeking a talented Client Delivery Lead to work closely with our technology and operational teams, as well as our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong agile delivery experience and product management skills, with the ability to identify new ideas and technologies to improve our products.

Key responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features.

As a Client Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to understand customer needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

You will also play a critical role in ensuring that we are constantly reviewing and adapting to customer and business needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects)
  • Experience working with APIs
  • Excellent communications, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
  • Experience of working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
