Key Responsibilities- Work closely with a highly regarded Employment Partner on industrial relations, health and safety, discrimination, and employment law matters.
- Conduct litigation and advisory services, including EPL work for insurers.
- Lead on webinars and business development activities, leveraging our global reputation in the legal market.
- Develop and maintain a practice, gaining exposure to our existing client base.
Our Melbourne Employment partner, Chris Molnar, has over 25 years of experience and is a specialist in workplace relations. You will receive expert guidance and mentorship from Chris and our team of Associates and Paralegals.
About Our Clients- Global and national insurers and underwriters
- SMEs
- Health sector agencies
- Private clients
- Public owned entities
- Fair Work Commission, health & safety prosecutions, discrimination, wrongful dismissal, EO, and human rights.
- 8+ years of PQE experience with a strong background in workplace relations
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Australian employment law
- Experience and knowledge of Fair Work Commission and Federal Court processes and procedures
- Non-contentious employment experience
- Ability to run own caseload
- Leadership abilities and natural flair for building relationships
