Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, and document and report security-related incidents and accidents
- Monitor access to restricted areas and provide information and assistance to guests and employees as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our guests
- Current RSA and QLD Certificate 2 or 3 in Security Operations, including Crowd Control module
- Previous experience in high-volume crowd control and security operations
- A high standard of grooming and a professional appearance
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
