Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team at an acai cafe in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily operations management, including preparation of fruits, toppings, and ingredients required for the day.
  • Blend and prepare acai smoothie bowls, smoothies, and other menu items.
  • Cashiering and attending to customers, ensuring excellent attention to detail.
  • Cleaning and housekeeping of premises, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Stock take and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock levels.

Requirements & Experience:

  • Prior food and beverage experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude, with proven ability to solve problems independently.
  • Responsibility, adaptability, commitment, strong initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
