Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major incident management in a cloud-based environment, leveraging extensive experience and expertise.
  • Develop and implement large, complex, scalable systems and applications in an agile environment, adhering to professional software engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, communicating clearly and effectively to drive large conference calls and prioritize multiple challenging priorities.
  • Drive broad cross-organization programs to iteratively improve OCI-wide service availability, working closely with leaders from across the Oracle business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping large complex scalable systems/applications in an agile environment.
  • Extensive experience with major incident management in a cloud-based environment, as well as experience with professional software engineering best practices.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship.
