About the Position...
You will work closely with our participants, employers, and stakeholders to deliver tailored employment solutions that meet their unique needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers
- Supporting participants to develop skills required for job readiness
- Providing high-quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
- Enhancing participants' employability through training and support service referrals
- Developing personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups
The ideal candidate will be driven, solution-focused, and have excellent communication skills. They will also be able to demonstrate composure and adaptability in challenging situations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- A MyGovID (Standard level)
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
