Are you a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator looking for a flexible and rewarding role? Do you want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families?

We are seeking casual educators to join our team at Affinity Education Group, working across multiple centres in the Gold Coast. As a casual educator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children and families, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support educators across different rooms at the centre
  • Engage with children, families and team members
  • Assist with daily centre practices
  • Support educators with children's learning and documentation

Requirements:

  • Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
  • Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Prior experience in a long day care service

What We Offer:

  • A casual position where you choose the hours and days you work to fit in with your schedule
  • Ability to accept shifts via an application easily downloadable to your mobile device – accept shifts any time of the day
  • Work between Monday – Friday within the opening and closing hours of the centres from 6am to 6pm – NO WEEKEND WORK
  • Competitive rates from $28 - $35 (negotiable) per hour + Uniform provided
  • Gain experience working across multiple Affinity centres – No two days are the same
