About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile team at Infosys Singapore & Australia. As a servant leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team and organization in adopting Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Scrum Team: As a servant leader, you will facilitate the team's self-organization and empower them to make decisions.
  • Craft a Servant Leadership Style: Develop a leadership style that sets an example for all employees and aspiring leaders.
  • Guide Agile Adoption: Help the team and organization understand and implement Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and actively remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
  • Build a Positive Team Environment: Foster a culture of trust, safety, and open communication.
  • Protect the Team: Shield the team from internal and external factors that may impact their performance.
  • Develop Communication and Transparency: Work with the team to establish effective communication and information radiation.
  • Partner with the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a strong vision, backlog development, and cadence.
  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Radiate Sprint Metrics: Share team metrics to help the team track their progress.
  • Work with Stakeholders: Collaborate with other stakeholders to validate and align dependencies.
  • Grow the Team: Work with the Agile coach to develop the team's skills and capabilities.
Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Possess a solid understanding of software development processes and procedures.
  • Agile Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of Agile practices and principles.
