Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate business leads and establish new accounts through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Work with businesses to design, quote, and deliver office fit-out projects, utilising knowledge of office equipment products and trends.
  • Hold client scoping meetings and conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Project manage office fit-outs from lead generation to installation, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Read and interpret specification and construction plans, with training provided to enhance skills.
  • Facilitate engaging presentations to Architectural and Design clients to promote products and brands, showcasing expertise and building relationships.
  • Qualify, define, and document client requirements, ensuring accurate understanding and delivery.
  • Maintain contact and service existing clientele, providing exceptional customer service and driving repeat business.
  • Constantly update and develop knowledge of office equipment products, trends, and prices to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
  • An outgoing personality with a knack for dealing with people, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the role.
  • The ability to conceptualise equipment going into office spaces, demonstrating creativity and vision.
  • A learning attitude and strong motivation to close sales, driven by a desire to succeed and grow in the role.
