Power Platform Developer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Power Platform Developer to join our team in Brisbane. The purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform C4E Team.

  • Develop applications using PowerApps (Canvass and MDA) with strong UI/UX skills.
  • Manage Power Platform environments, connectors, DLP policies, and ALM.
  • Experience with Power Platform Governance and COE (starter kit preferred).
  • Possess knowledge on Power FX and ability to create business processes with MS Flow/Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 development utilizing Power Apps and MS Flow.
  • Presentation skills with comfort working with both large and small audiences.
  • Strong business-to-technology translation skills to identify solutions that increase business value and performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Teams.

Bonus Skills:

  • Implementation of ALM through DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Power Platform Dataverse Security.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform Licensing.
  • Able to support Citizen Developers of Power Platform.
  • Capture deployment tasks and complete releases accurately.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM (Field Service and Customer service).
