Home Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced care professionals to join our team as Home Care Specialists. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, enhancing their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care and support to clients, including personal care tasks, medication assistance, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
- Work autonomously in the community, traveling from home to home, following a predetermined schedule and care plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, or Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
- A minimum of 6 months relevant care worker experience, with a valid Driver's License and unrestricted access to a registered vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- $45.10 per hour (inc 25% casual loading) + super ($36.08) Part time per hour
- Travel allowance of $1.03 per k/m
- Provided with a mobile phone for work purposes.

- Ability to work autonomously in the community.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
