Job Title: Scheduler/Services Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Manage schedules for Inspection & Testing teams.
    • Balance multiple priorities and optimize team efficiency through effective appointment scheduling.
    • Coordinate call-outs and repair tasks, managing supplementary works and time extensions.
    • Align service delivery with customer expectations.
  • Customer Interaction and Problem-Solving
    • Handle inbound phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving/reporting issues.
    • Provide excellent customer service in a professional environment.
  • Email Management and Prioritization
    • Manage a shared inbox, prioritizing tasks and responding to correspondence efficiently.
    • Manage high-volume communication channels.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with colleagues across various departments.
    • Share information effectively and contribute to a positive team culture.
