About the role

• As a Webshop Operator, you will be responsible for creating a professional and engaging online shopping environment that showcases our range of products.
• You will collaborate with your team to ensure that our webstore is up-to-date with the latest sale items and promotions.
• With your creative skills, you will photograph, upload, and post images of our products, along with detailed descriptions, to showcase their features and benefits.
• You will package goods securely and present them in line with our processes and policies.
• Finally, you will dispatch all purchased goods in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

About you

• You will have experience working in a retail environment, both physical and online.
• You will have an eye for detail and excellent spelling and grammatical skills.
• You will be able to understand and meet customer needs while working towards key performance indicators.
• You will have well-developed communication skills to interact with customers across multiple platforms.
• You will have basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and internet searching.
