Financial Services Executive Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a global leader in the Financial Services Group department. As a senior executive, you will maintain high service standards on a portfolio of financial institutions and professions accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance client experience through effective communication and relationship building skills.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow clients, and design appropriate servicing solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Financial Institutions and Professions business by providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Deliver optimised outcomes for clients through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain client and portfolio profitability through efficient risk management and cost control.
  • Develop and mentor junior colleagues within the FI/Professions team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Negotiate risk transfer solutions based on individual client risk profiles.
  • Monitor and review regulatory developments and participate in the production of client advisory white papers.
  • Participate in business development opportunities and industry events to raise awareness of Aon's brand and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience within the Financial Lines Insurance market, with a focus on risk identification and risk transfer.
  • Strong technical understanding of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions.
  • Excellent cross-selling abilities and exceptional client relationship management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and develop innovative solutions.
