We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Administration Officer to join our team on a casual basis. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties in various areas of the hospital, including reception, ED outpatient clinics, allied health departments, and community health.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a close-knit team to achieve positive outcomes for patients and their families.
In this role, you will be required to possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, as well as strong time management and prioritization skills.
You will also undergo comprehensive training in various administrative functions across the hospital and its facilities, equipping you with the skills to succeed within the role.
