Cellar Person Job Description

Panthers Port Macquarie is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Cellar Person. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cellar, including stock requisition, receiving, and dispatching deliveries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing stock deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of stock.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and deliveries.
  • Setting up and packing down beer keg banks and event spaces.
  • Assisting the operations team with event setup and pack down.
  • Performing weekly beer line cleaning procedures and maintaining the receiving dock area.
  • Assisting with stock checks and maintaining the beer reticulation system and post mix equipment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cellar and store work.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A high level of fitness and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic to intermediate computing skills and ability to use computer systems to track stock levels.
  • RSA & RCG Certificate and current NSW Driver's License.
