  • Engaging with employers nationally to source and co-create tailored employment opportunities

  • Building strong networks and community relationships to expand our reach and impact
  • Developing program frameworks and business processes to ensure a consistent and professional service is provided

Key Requirements
  • A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
  • Proven ability to take initiative, drive results, and self-motivate
  • Confidence in networking and building a strong presence across the Defence and Veteran community
  • Depth of experience in business development/stakeholder relationship management
  • Ability to develop, document and continually improve business processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across broad geographical areas
  • A completed tertiary qualification in Business, HR, or a related field
