The project involves upgrading the facility's sludge treatment processing system, enabling the recovery of biosolids for agricultural use and generating biogas as a source of energy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation and pre-assembly of mechanical equipment prior to installation
  • Identification of equipment with corresponding installation locations
  • Laser Alignments on Rotating Equipment, including Pumps, Power Generation and Compression Packages
  • Removal and re-instatement of Pumps, Valves and associated equipment, incorporating Flange Management duties
  • Complete Inspection Test Records (ITR's) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP's)

Requirements

  • Mechanical Trade Cert
  • Working at Heights
  • Construction White/Blue Card
  • Current Australian \"C\" Class Driver's Licence
  • High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (Desired)
  • High Risk Work License – EWP (Desired)
