As a key member of the Production Operations department, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment programs to ensure that production staff acquire the necessary skills to operate the facility safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs aligned with the Competency-Based Training (CBT) program and company standards.">
  • Collaborate with the Operations Training Team Lead and other stakeholders to develop effective training strategies and materials.">
  • Plan and organize assessment and training schedules based on CBT program and production team requirements.">
  • Role model safety values and promote Health, Safety, Environment, and Security policies to maintain a safe work environment.">
  • Evaluate and improve the CBT program through collaboration with the Operations Readiness and Assurance Manager and peers.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in Control of Work (CoW) / Permit to Work (PTW) systems, accreditation in Training and Assessing TAE40116 or TAE40122, and Australian PMA 08 Cert IV, equivalent qualifications or demonstrable experience. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
