We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Systems Engineer to play a key role in applying systems engineering principles and practices to improve the design, integration, and operation of water and wastewater infrastructure.

This critical position is essential for ensuring efficient project delivery, optimizing system performance, and driving continuous improvement across assets.

The successful candidate will have technical expertise in design, system planning, and infrastructure investigation, supporting business decisions and enabling sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing structured systems engineering methodologies to optimize project design, integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Developing and refining engineering processes to enhance project execution, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to embed systems engineering processes in the project lifecycle and support team adoption of these practices.
  • Utilizing data analytics and system modeling tools to inform design decisions, optimize asset performance, and improve operational efficiencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
