Hotel F&B Manager

The ideal candidate for this position is a hospitality professional with experience in managing food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and events. They must be able to lead a team of staff and ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness are maintained.

Responsibilities include leading and managing daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness, liaising with kitchen and front office teams, monitoring stock levels and ordering, and supervising, training, and rostering F&B staff.

The manager will also be responsible for managing all event enquiries from initial contact through to execution and follow-up, creating and promoting tailored event packages, coordinating with clients and internal departments, maintaining accurate event bookings and invoicing, and fostering a positive, guest-focused team culture.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to utilise their skills and knowledge to drive profitability, team performance, and brand experience aligned with the hotel's redefined casual-upmarket positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and events.
  • Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness are maintained.
  • Liaise with kitchen and front office teams for smooth cross-departmental coordination.
  • Monitor stock levels and ordering to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supervise, train, and roster F&B staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a hospitality supervisory or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating functions and events.
  • Strong RSA and compliance knowledge.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – Required.
  • Current RMLV or willing to obtain – Required.
