Key Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analysing data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Identifying and solving engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Success in this role requires:

  • Recent graduation from a tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Possessing a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Being an innovative thinker and problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
