High-End Grill Cook

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced grill cook to join our vibrant, modern steakhouses. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for grilling high-quality steaks, ribs, and burgers to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook grilled meats to perfection.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years relevant experience in a high-end restaurant or pub.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
Working Conditions:
  • Rotating roster.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Preferably night shift work.
